ComacPro General Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

CoMacPro provides a platform for listing and connecting buyers and sellers of construction machinery, equipment, and related services.

2. Product Listings

• Information must be accurate and lawful.
• Images must accurately reflect the actual condition of the product.
• CoMacPro reserves the right to refuse or remove listings that violate the rules.

3. Transactions

• Both parties independently negotiate price, payment, and delivery.
• CoMacPro may provide support tools but is not a buyer or seller.

4. Service Fees

• Some services may incur fees.
• The fee schedule is publicly published on the platform.

5. Commission and Collaborators

For transactions involving collaborators or commercial representatives:

• Commission rates are determined according to CoMacPro's policy.
• Commission payments are processed after the transaction is completed and confirmed.

6. Transaction Cancellation

CoMacPro reserves the right to cancel or suspend transactions if fraud or legal violations are detected.

7. Dispute Resolution

Parties prioritize negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved in accordance with Vietnamese law.

8. Force Majeure

CoMacPro is not liable for disruptions caused by natural disasters, war, infrastructure failures, or events beyond its control.
